Dear Dr's. I have a 7mm cavernous sinus and have had pain in the right face , eye and side of face and my right eye will swell like the 3 pictures of your patients. I was told I would have surgery to get a diagnosis tho it appeared to be a meningioma. I have double vision and the one eyelid and eyeball will swell shut or push out. I have a rare spinal condition called Klippel-Feil Syndrome with os odontoid (had to have multiple surgeries for stability) and function well on 2, 15mg of ms contin. I would prefer no surgery!!!! Do you recommend surgery for the pain (utilize medication for migraine/ cluster headaches which usually works) the tumor is sitting on the optic nerve but I'm not blind: I do have double vision and need to close my right eye to read or type. I have had radiation with no result. What do you think? Living near Seattle area

My mother is suffering from mengioma brain tumor had a surgery in 2020 . After the surgery she is fine but before a year ago she face some issue again like headache. So we started medicine again we had several mri during this period and tumor size is stable . Plz suggest some medicine for headache thansk

I have recently had the dural av spinal thorasic fistula, it was repaired with glue and I can see great progress going on 3 month after procedure. I am 48 yr old male in United States. T8 is where my issue was, in recovery i am doing well and working on full recovery can anyone provide info on best recovery practice. i had my 1st op 4 years ago but they only debulked the tumor. i go again in 6 weeks. the thing is nobody ever explained why the 1st op didn't remove everything.

Is the reason why my eye is lazy is because they screwed up on the surgery? Those kids look fine. no ass eyes like me ? That's just horribly depressing.

If it was so harmless, why were my eyes so assed ? I had severe proptosis as a kid. Eyes were bulging out of my head like some freak. Bad head aches. Had at least 5 surgeries before I was 7. Pretty much blind in one eye, the other one looks in whatever direction it wants, but I can see out of it well enough to drive. OPG is torture to some bud.
